Endpoint Manager provides options for admin to track the actions done by staff related to procedures and this gives the ability to get information for troubleshooting purpose.
Step : To check staff actions for procedures:
In Endpoint Manager, go to DASHBOARD → click "Audit Logs" from the drop-down. Now it will display detail action of the staff.
Step: Refresh the logs:
Click 'Refresh' button at the top to update the audit logs page.
Step: Filter the logs:
We can filter the audit logs by the "Filter" options with available column headers.
To check procedure logs, Click 'Filter', select 'Procedure' option and click 'Apply' button.
Admin would be able to see procedure logs as below,
Procedure logs details:
i. STAFF: It will list all the staff name associated with the account and we can view the staff details by clicking specific staff name.
ii. EVENT NAME: It will display Procedure actions corresponding to the staff.
iii. AFFECTED OBJECT: This field list the device id in which the Procedure executed .It will use to view the device status by clicking device id.
This category will display the detailed information of the procedure execution.
v. SESSION ID: The Session ID will list in this field.
vi. LOG CREATION DATE: This category will display log creation time with the date.
