This new feature helps you to delete selected tickets for the list easily from the service desk.
- Go to Tickets--> Open(...or select a different ticket category as required)
- To delete tickets, select one or more tickets from the list or select all tickets.
- In this we can select all the tickets at a time
- Click the clear all to remove all the selection
After selecting the clear all the window will appear like this
- Click the 'Delete' button' from the ticket details
- Click 'Yes Do it' in the confirmation screen
- Please note when a ticket is deleted,it cannot be recovered.
