In calender, we can Schedule and Reschedule our Tickets with the Appointment with respect to the Date and Time. So we can easily manipulate and track our works .
Step :Go to Applications --> service desk --> Calendars. My Calendar page will be opened defaultly, We can select the other calendar pages too from the dropbox.
My calendar - It displays the current logged in user's calendar page.
My and Shared calendar - It displays the appointments of the currently logged in user and the shared appointments with the other staffs.
Other Staff Calender - It displays the other associated staff's calendar page individually.
Step : Create a new Appointment:
Double click the column with respect to Date/Time , then add the Appointments's description and click Enter.
Note: New Appointments can not be scheduled for the time past.
Step : Schedule the Tickets with the Appointment.
Note: We can only schedule the Unclosed and Unscheduled Tickets.
Step : If needed, we can also upgrade the Appointment as Shared by enabling the checkbox. For differentiating purpose ,Shared Appointments will shown in Grey colour.
Step : We can find all the Scheduled tickets under the Tickets --> Scheduled tab.
Step : In the top of the every Scheduled Ticket, "You are working on a ticket that is already scheduled!" notification will appear.
Step :To Reschedule the ticket --> click Reschedule , it will be redirected into the Calender's Appointment Edit page. There we can change the appoinment's timing and rescheduled it.
