How to submit and vote feature requests

The new voting feature in our website allows you to submit new feature requests, and also it allows you to check all feature requests and vote the same. To do so, go to https://one.comodo.com/voting/login.php and please login with your Comodo ONE credentials.

Create feature request:

To create a new feature request, after login click "New Feature request" icon. Fill all  the  fields in the form as discussed below

1.Title: Please provide a clear title for your feature request

2.Category: Please provide a category that suits the title.

3.Tags: Provide the tags here for a better search of request

4.Forum link:  If you were involved in any of the previous Comodo forum discussion or post regarding this feature request then please paste it here.

So that we can get more idea of this feature request if available.

5.Description: Give brief description of the title

6.Attach filetypes: Attach filetypes of  only .png, .jpg.

Note: user can add more than one jpeg with ctrl button

7.Send anonymous:

Note: The user may have to click the send anonymous button.

If the user clicks  send anonymous(checked), It shows the feature request on behalf of  "comodo user"

If the user doesn't click send anonymous(unchecked), It shows the feature request on behalf of the user account ID through which user  is logging in

Check feature requests:

Click on "Feature Requests" icon. All the feature requests which were raised by other MSP customers will be listed here and you can check any of the feature requests and vote it.

Filter feature requests based on Status:

Go to Feature Requests, Click "All statuses" icon on the top and select any of the statuses from the drop down. For example, if you select "Planned", all the feature requests that are planned for implementation by Comodo will be listed.

Filter feature requests based on Categories:

Go to Feature requests, Click "All Categories" icon on the top and select any of the category from the drop down. For example if you click→Service desk , all the feature requests based on the Service desk category will be listed here.

Filter feature requests based on Popular, New and Updated:

Click "NEW" icon on the top, all new feature requests will be listed here. You can also filter from any of the options in  drop down below.

Voting:
Click any of the feature requests based on the filters and vote it.

Note: Everyone has limited number of votes (5 at the moment) to get a better sense of priority in total.

Note :To cancel the votes  that you had voted click on the voted button/icon to unvote or cancel the vote

Activity details:

Click "Your votes" icon on the top. All the feature requests you had voted will be listed here.

    click "your requests" icon on the top. All the feature requests  you had submitted  will be listed here
